In-Salah Southern Field Development Project

Worked onseveral projects:

Tasked with leading a small Planning Team to plan, progress measure and report on a US$225M bio-pharmaceutical facility in Hillerød, Denmark.

This role involved leading a team of individuals to co-ordinate with the Project/Construction Management Team, Designers, Senior Leadership Team and sub-contractor organisations, as appropriate.

My role on the project also meant that I was continually advising on project process, strategy and decision-making.

Providing project controls expertise to the Upstream Project Team on the Yme re-development project (~Nok 10 Billion).



The project involves a turnkey contract for the fabrication of a Mobile Offshore Production Unit with a subsea storage tank, and subsea tiebacks.



Role initially involved the project management elements for the bid process for a Drilling Work over Unit project for the MOPUStor, and subsequent management of the project services team for this function of the project.

As Project Controls Manager, I am responsible for and taking a pro-active approach to establishing, implementing and monitoring systems and procedures to secure project and programme delivery for the company’s delivery schedule.
