Senior Planning Engineer assisting in setting up and monitoring the Front End Engineering for a major refinery in NW India for IOCL. The FEL started in Dec 06 and was completed in March 2008. I was responsible for assisting in setting up the Level 3 Schedule using Primavera P5 & monitoring the Progress of the project. Milestones & DMS were also used to monitor progress of the documentation.

Responsible to the Project Manager for the development, maintenance & monitoring of the Overall Schedule The Texaco Capatain FPSO which included the Vessel Design, Build, Outfitting, Commission, Offshore Hook-up & Production start up.
Responsible for the development of the Project Network to encompass the growth in scope of the Engineering works for the Esso Balder FPSO prior to the issue of "Work Packs" to UIE for modification & rectification work being carried out.
Senior Planning Engineer working within the Offsite & Utilities Team for the Detail Design of IOCL Paradip Refinery. Having developed the Level 2 schedules within Milestones and expanded them to form the Level 3 schedules on Primavera P6 These were updated monthly to determine the status of the project. Overall progress was calculated through the Drawing & Document Control Package.
I then developed the Level 3 Construction Schedule for the Offsites & Utilities which was passed to the Indian Office for further detailing.

Initially employed as Senior Planning Engineer for the Central Cost & Planning Dept with prime responsibility for the Offshore Scope of Work. This included the Fabrication & Installation of 2 Offshore Platforms of 24,000 & 28,000 tonnes, Tanker Loading Unit and the Fabrication & Installation of 2 additional modules onto an existing Platform. Subsequently transferred to the Offshore Project Group to carry out the same function. Responsible for reviewing, collating & reporting information from the Site Planning Engineers on Status & Progress.
