Position: Planning, Performance and Reporting Coordinator
Providing support and expertise in leading the planning, performance and reporting process within the Operations Division. Coordination of integrated planning activities between the Project, Commissioning, Start-Up and Hand Over to Operations. Evaluation and monitoring of Division level performance against predefined and agreed targets including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), RoK milestones and other planned activities and scope of work.

-     To design automation panels, to study and to search for new applications of the automation systems.

-     To ensure the technical assistance and service for the existing automation systems, to elaborate technical documentation.

•     Achievements:

-     Automation and instrumentation systems in the oil and gas extraction industry.

-     Project planning and cost scheduling, issue WBS, S-Curves, resource histograms, project assessment and reporting system;

- Performance indices calculation (weekly/monthly) in line with the corporate procedures;

- Maintain permanent communication with the client’s project controls dept and management for schedule/progress sanction.

- Train local employees; supervise progress reporting system;

To develop and implement fully integrated schedule of cross-functional interfaces between engineering, procurement materials & sub-contracts, estimating, cost management, construction & commissioning, safety, quality, finance/accounting, and document control;

To provide oversight to contractors to ensure they provide schedules for the project and monitor schedule progress against the baseline;

To ensure schedule is aligned with scope, BOD, WBS, CBS and contracting strategy;

To validate schedule estimates with benchmark data; develop Basis of Schedule;
