With my long experience as planning / scheduling skills for 18 years. Currently my working level / job title is about Lead Project Planner. I am working as a Planning Manager at Currie & Brown. Most of the industries for project referrence in the past are related to the power plant and oil&gas.
- Follows up and expedites civil and erection subcontractors’ Level 4 Schedule update as necessary to obtain the schedules within the required time period
- Follows up and expedites civil and erection subcontractors’ 3 weeks look ahead schedules to ensure weekly reporting requirements are met
Planning Engineer and Cost Control / Project Control
Preparing schedules for tender and construction phases, progress updates, weekly plans, constraints forecast, daily production/planning meetings using KPIs, daily/weekly and monthly reports, Critical Path Analysis.
Earned Value Management and Cost control. Cost Reports, Earned Value Analysis and cost forecast.
Receive new work order package, Arrange kick of meeting with client, Design, procurement, Quality Control, Construction, Logistics and any third party contractor. Make Level 4 P6 plans. Follow up with planning, execution & close out of the project. Raise flag on low efficiency of activities. Risk Assessment, Cost management, change management at regular intervals. SITE delivery & installation of manufactured projects. Commissioning of Plant Equipments.
Convert daily General services (Fabrication, Welding, Painting, Lagging, Rigging/crane services & Third Party contractor) maintenance SAP notifications to Orders according to their priority. Material management using SAP MM. Change management, Risk management, prepare Level 4 P6 plans. Shut down management, produce weekly maintenance plans. Attend Weekly plant Maintenance meetings. Liaison big projects with Project team. PSSR (Pre start up Safety Review) leader in major Turnaround (T/A) 2010.
