Many years experience in software development and software management for real-time embedded systems and tools, and in business development for aerospace and defense software (A&D). Led the team responsible for the "Common Core" operating system for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and hundreds of other avionics subsystems on dozens of aircraft types. Grew the business for the largest RTOS company from $71M to over $100M in three years.
Overall ten years of experience in customer and IT management, I am currently studying MSC in PPMBD program at Skema Business School at their Paris Campus. I have experiance in supported internal projects in the capacity of a Project Leader in projects such as deployment of operating system and applications, closure of a unit and organizing training sessions.
A) Managing Technical Systems and Equipment: Independently manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of technical mission systems and provide the tier 1 onsite service desk support including but not limited to deployment of SCCM packages, set up user profile in Active directory, install windows patches, maintain servers, test new tools, learn and train users on the new systems. I work as system administrator to ensure system availability, functionality, integrity and efficiency, are maintained for smooth bureau operations.
Provided pre & post technical sales support to existing and potential customers. Arranged and delivered presentations and demonstrations on new upcoming products, whilst managing customer's expectations throughout. Also helped resolve any issues they had with our products by co-ordinating with the world wide R&D centres for a resolutionin a timely manner.
Senior Digital Design Engineer
Responsible for successful delivery of all high speed, high performance digital designs by managing a team of engineers. I helped define the requirements, acceptance criteria, the architecture and managed the design through the various design phases ensuring that the final verification meet all the criteria requested, prior to handover in a timely manner.
