My broad experience ensures that I am quickly able to identify potential issues, and offer simple, efficient and timely solutions suited to multi-stream programmes. I have managed all PMO and EPM support functions, including Planning, Risk, Issue and Change management, Configuration Control and Earned Value Analysis.
