Senior Planning Specialist – Major Transformation programme for UK Gov. Dept. of Work & Pensions

Primary role – Lead & Train ‘Tower’ Project Managers in the development of high quality consistent schedules.

Carry out Quality Assurance checks against existing schedules and work with PM’s to bring them up to the required standard.

Provide Planning expertise, advice & support to ‘Tower’ PM’s.

•     Creating programmes at level 1 and 3 to be used to aid design and construction.

•     Resource Scheduling producing level 3 manning Requirement throughout the duration of design and thought the construction to aid the term contractor

•     Revising network diagrams to be used for construction (using MS Visio)

•     Creating Tender programmes to incorporated with Bidding for Contracts

•     Executed and ensured adherence to programme policies and standards including Document Management, Financial Reporting, Change Control and Risks and Issues.
