I am the PMO Manager for the Cyclamen programme (circa £110m) which is a key part of CONTEST that provides an effective, enduring and integrated capability to deter or intercept the illicit movement of Radiological and Nuclear material into the UK for the Home Office. I am responsible for establishing and operating the Programme’s information management systems, Programme Planning and Reporting team, Programme Administration Support Team, Risk and Issues Management, Programme Security and Site Management.
