Currently I work as a project manager in North America specializing in healthcare and biotech construction projects. The majority of the projects are design build; I work very close with the A/E design teams. My current duties/roles are building cost estimates for the owner to procure funding based on construction, design services and applicable municipality fees for a fully functioning program.
