In particular, Ewen has prepared numerous expert witness reports with respect to delay and disruption and the associated additional costs; drafted standard forms of contract and lectured on various commercial and contractual subjects within the construction industry.
Ewen was a managing director in FTI Consulting’s Forensic and Litigation practice providing first class commercial and contractual expertise as well as being a prominent expert in the field of delay and disruption analysis and associated prolongation costs.
He has worked for both international consultants and contractors and has gained considerable technical, project management, commercial and legal expertise in the construction industry.
