Analyze regularly and prepare reports for the purpose of dispute resolution. • Plan sequence of operations, develop the baselines to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion deadlines, perform labour forecasting and levelling, identify the critical path, revise schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. • Identify problems or conflicts in the project schedule for the purpose of mitigating the impact of these risks.
