Responsible for the planning of all maintenance and repair of all falility related assets at Caterpillar North Campus Buildings (18m Sq. Ft). Duties include new asset entries, planned maintenance setup, administering training to planning and site management personnel on CMMS use. CMMS monitoring and audits, project reporting and requisition processing.
