Tareq brings more than 20 years experience in program/project controls, scheduling, cost engineering and program management working with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Project Managers across multiple industry sectors. Currently responsible for the Project Controls environment for the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences project overseeing delivery of this USD 1.5 billion hotel and residence on the Palm, Dubai. Prior to joining Kerzner, Tareq was AECOM’s UAE Project Controls Director managing a team of 55 project control professionals working across 40 projects.
