• Prepare & Review the detailed schedules for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases of the project, checking WBS, checking sequence, milestone, critical path, resource loading.
•  Prepare Financial Curves (Cash Flow, Cash In and Cash Out).

Served as a full-time electrical post in the project, and began to contact the project manager's daily work of various conversions, and successfully completed 168 trials of Changshu 2×300MW units (including economizer transformation, air preheater transformation, and induction and increase integration transformation). Transported the project and successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance
