•        Reporting to the Project Manager and carrying out his directives with respect to field operations. Being thorough familiar with the requirements of the General Contracts, and thereby identifying changes and conflicts that are beyond the scope of company responsibility.

•        Studies and interpret structural and architectural drawings in detail to have a good judgment in site operations. Developed the installation plan and schedule with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.

• Development of building services installation and commissioning programme in Asta PowerProject

• Evaluation of MEP sub-contractors programmes

• Development of contract programmes

• Development of technical submissions and procurement tracker

• Review and comment on work schedule prepared by the contractor and report findings to Project Engineer.
• Review and comment on other planning/progress related reports submitted by contractor including progress invoice.
• Monitor work schedule and status, ensuring progress reported is a true reflection of work achieved and report areas of concern to Project Engineer.
• Attend any relevant planning meetings with Project Engineer and Contractor.
