I am a practicing construction planner, working (for the last 30 years) as a consultant to several medium sized contractors in the UK doing tender programmes and support to contracts thereafter. Previously I was employed by the Kier Group, having originally trained as a Laing pupil. I still present construction planning courses to UK contractors, I have in the past presented training courses overseas.
Fire alarm programming, scheduling, RFIs, Submittal management, wharehouse management, device and material takeoffs for field orders.
Project engineer for service department. Performed contract reviews, provided estimates/sales quotes and proposals on new projects and existing service customers. Manages Operations & Maintenance manuals, submittals, RFI's.
