Delivered rapid start-up of reporting tools and templates. To collectt and collate programme data, coordinating the collaborative effort between Delivery Partner (KBR), User Services (Motorola) and Mobile Services (EE). Tracked key milestones against each work stream and produced an array of reports presenting current progress status and how the programme was performing. Analysed Motorola and EE schedules to ensure they were delivering on time to programme.

Planned, scheduled, monotored , controlled and Managed simultaneous large construction and infrastructure projects accurately.

·      Responsible for creating effective project management processes, reporting governance and communication plans.

Scheduling, Monitoring and Managing multidisciplinary complex projects.

·      Developed project documents such as scope statements, scope of work, schedules,  charters, reports and presentations, contract agreements, technical and commercial requirements, time and cost estimations, project coordination procedure and data flows, WBS and WF.

Commenced as a site engineer (civils) working in North Devon as a setting out enginnering on the A361 for Monk Construction

Then moved to Barrow in Furness building the largest (at the time) caisson in Europe, which was to form the new dock entrance for Trident submarines.

Then worked on a variety of schemes from roads, drainage and rail bridges icluding the largest single span bridge on the East Coast Main line
