1. Understand the scope of the project.
2. Review monthly progress updates sent from site.
3. Develop baseline schedules / tender schedules for projects.
4. Produce visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams.
5. Monitor the progress of the project at different stages of its development.
6. Make adjustments to schedules if necessary.
7. Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.
8. Prepare Presentations for Projects progress.
