Providing niche consulting specialising in developing integrated Programme/Project controls to deliver high value, technology-based projects, across multiple engineering sectors.
Personal Summary:
Tracking and reporting of project performance, providing updates, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects.
Tracking resource availability, mobilization of resources across projects to achieve deliverables.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to meet up with projects conditions and expectations.
Maintain processes to ensure project documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
Ensuring customer satisfaction on rendered services
· Coordinate meeting with client and team, and assist with determining the project requirement.
· Engage in the evaluation of project activities and communicate project status with the project manager
· Utilize the project management tools for project controlling the scheduling of activities.
