Planning:• Package the project into a scope of work, Setup Program and Project-based schedule (EPC Program) and develop level 1 & 2 of the schedule. • Develop WBS & Encode in planning software (Primavera V8.3), Create Activity List & Durations, Develop Resource coding and MH

• Monitoring of the programme and re-planning - if needed – during the project life cycle.
• Prepare, review and issue daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the contract and the required internal reports to Project Manager (PM) and/or management to highlight areas of concern, programme slippage and project performance indices (KPI).
• Prepare two weeks look ahead schedule and distribute to construction team and follow up / support to achieve it.

• Preparing project programme using (Primavera V3.1).
• Monitoring the execution of all works as per specifications.
• Controlling the manpower, materials, equipment and the running of the site works as per schedule.
• Site handing over.

• Monitoring the execution of all works as per specifications.

• Participating in the estimation of tenders.
• Site handing over.

• Monitoring the execution of all works as per specifications.
