Head of International Delivery, Centre of Excellence, Lendlease

As part of Lendlease Corporation's Centre of Excellence I am currently responsible for overseeing the international business deliver and execute their projects across Asia, Europe and the Americas. The role's focus is on business strategy, conversion, governance, risk management and the safe delivery of both it's construction and integrated development projects.

I am based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to provide additional oversight of Lendlease's largest integrated development currently under construction, TRX.

Several posts - site eningeer, project engineer, project manager, planning manager and head of planning

1.       Take part in the sitting up of the PMO

2.       Developing controls for the Gateway methodology and its related process

3.       Development and implementation of the core control and integration tools e.g. standard WBS, Chat of Accounts, Work Package List, standard BOQ dictionary and business information breakdown structures

4.       Development and implementation of the programme reporting dashboards

MWH integrated fully into Stantec with the Programme Management role transfering into new organsiation
