Design and modification of CDA System to suite newly ugraded VTD coater requirements.

3. VerdePalm Project – Verdezyne, Johor Malaysia
EPCC of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation.

Projects Involved:  COMMERCIAL, BUILDINGS, OFFICES, LANDSCAPE & HEALTHCARE

• This project comprises of Two Zones. The First Zone includes Restaurant Quarters that includes three – Buildings having 7 – Restaurant, Hardscape & Softscape, Utilities & Car Parking’s. The Second Zone includes Office Building having Retail Shops & Offices. This also includes Dry Fountain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managing SA ARAMCO project civil activities.
- Study about the contract, scope of work, standards, specification and milestone dates.
- Study the IFC DWG and make overlap between civil and other disciplines DWGs.
- Assisting planning engineer for preparing the look ahead schedule & recovery planning based on the construction progress.
- Attending the weekly meeting for design, procurement and construction to discuss the status of design package, material site requirement and work progress as per the schedule.
