•     Site Marking, supervision and all site related activities.

•     Materials and labour arrangement.

•     Planning the Daily Activity.

•     Issuing the Pore cards.

•     Check the Estimation Qty.

•     Maintaining all site related Reports and Documents.

•     Monitoring the extra work changes in Flats.

Roles and Responsibility



•     Produce KPI Report comparing BTB against actual and issue to all the concern (hard and soft copies) every week.

•     Keep track of measured quantity against budgeted quantity (from tender) and advice the variation from time to time.

•     Engineer’s instruction, Variation and preliminary man-hours are accurately monitored and reported to all the concern every week.

•     To produce KPI (concrete/mhrs) & wastage report on every week.
