Since joing NMC in Aug 1988. I have progressed through the company working out on site for 11 years from Site Engineer upto Senior Site Manager. I have been invloved in projects that covers all aspects of Civil Engineering and Building.



I then moved into "Planning" and set up the NMC planning Department in 2000. Over the last 8 years I have developed planning processes and have a team of planners working from tender through to final as-built and entitlement programmes.

Current Role

     Assisted in the preparation of Clause 8.3 programme

     Preparation of Construction Schedule Using Primavera

     Preparation of delay analysis and Extension of Time Program

     Preparation of Cash Flow Curves

     Preparation of Resource Allocation & Leveling

     Preparation & updating of Procurement Schedule.
