-       Responsible for monthly progress status report of materials procurement, contracts development and engineering manhours.

-       Develop schedule for tenders and on-going projects (deterministic schedule)

• Management of the progress measurement system and the reporting set-up for the MEP Works’ Planning and Programme Management scope of the project.
• See to it that these planning systems are implemented by the various MEP Sub-contractors.
• Assist the MEP Sub-contractors so that they fully understand the planning methods and their progress reporting are concise and reliable.
• Submit the required Reports to the Client’s MEP Planning Manager and establish close coordination with him to ensure that MEP Works are monitored and finished based on old or the new re-baselined

• As Contractor’s Planner, I provide Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress update and cash flow integration based on earned value methods.
• Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Provide support on tender preparation and submission at Head Office.
• Liaison with the claims team to ensure all contractual matters are maintained and protected.
• As planner of the PM Team for the project I establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the

·       Support for the Project Manager and other specialty engineers with coordination on project planning, scheduling and program controls

·       Analyze the baseline schedule, check links and critical path, comment on the suitability of the schedule, point out errors and oversights.
