·         Provide comments and recommendations for planning and scheduling requirements relative to staffing and project controls..

·         Assist in reviewing proposal provisions related to schedule and material control, and develop supporting data for contract negotiations.

Plan, Manage all the company projects schedule and cost control. Prepare and liaise between all sub contractors and main contractors programs. Verify any changes to the schedule. Prepare and initiate reports in weekly and monthly basis. prepare and manage EOT claims. Follow up and monitoring the progress on site and give guidances for onsite team to mitigate any delays and avoid any overbudget cost. Establish the cost control system and managing its implementation in all company's projects.
