Planning Manager - Doha City Centre Phase2, 3A and 3B



Construction of 5 Hotel Towers on existing Doha City Centre.

Mace International Ltd is one of the largest Project Management companies and currently managing developments worth in excess of $ 20 Billion over several prestigious projects in the Middle East. At present I am working as Senior Planning Manager / Senior Project Manager for some of their projects. Some of the projects I have participated in are as follows which include initial development, design development, procurement of contractors, construction, claims etc.:

This is the largest construction organization in the Middle East employing manpower in excess of 30,000.Since 1987 I have been involved in all the projects undertaken by our division. The overall turnover of the division has been in excess of US$ 8 Billion in this period spread over more than 150 projects. A brief summary of direct responsibilities I have borne is as follows:

•     Planning and monitoring of all projects

•     Project sourcing

•     Advise on major contractual claims

Site Engineer with National Dairy Development Board

Participated in a number of Chilling Centres, Dairy Complexes and Cattle Feed Plants

Site Engineer with IRMA - Institute of Rural Management Anand

Design Engineer with Rajasthan Canal Project perhaps the largest Canal system in the World.

Work as an site engineer and developed into a site Agent by 2006
