Owner’s representative engineer in charge of building 304 units of forty story residential condominium located in Lakeshore East neighborhood, in charge of cost, schedule and quality control for owner.
Provision of planning and reporting services such as:
• Development of fully resource and cost-loaded bid, design and construction programmes
• Preparation of project cost and resource plans, and agreement of budgets
• Development of what-if scenarios
• Preparation of data for Compensation Events, and their inclusion within the project programmes
• Preparation of progress reports incorporating EV, SPI and CPI analysis
at various stages on a number of projects including:
• Waterloo Station Redevelopment (for Jacobs UK Ltd)
Initial training consisted of six months within various disciplines (Planning, Site Management, Engineering, and Quantity Surveying). At completion of placements, Simon elected to continue in Planning.
