With Obayashi Corporation, JTMJV- the main contractor of the Dubai Metro Rail Project as Senior Planner. Dubai Metro (2 billion US$) is world’s longest fully automated High-speed train Service extending over 75 km connecting all major parts of Dubai with Elevated and Underground stations built in world class quality.



Operational responsibilities for Program of works for the entire project, Monthly Progress updates, Cost Loading, Progress Reports etc.. with our Planning team.

Site Engineer-in-charge – Bhageeratha Engg Ltd, Kerala, India.

Road Over Bridge Project - 2001 - 2002



Full commercial and operational responsibility for Assessing material availability, manpower & equipments available, Timely report of all site activities to Project Manager, Maintaining records of materials at site & cash transactions, Allocating manpower at required locations, Studying the feasibility of work schedules and informing necessary changes

Middle East HQ - 2002 – 2003



Involved in Tendering works for International Projects namely Formula 1 International Circuit - Bahrain, Oryx Gas to Liquid Plant Project- Qatar, Ministry of Interiors- Jeddah, SABIC Acetic acid project- Yanbu and Desalination Plant- Jordan. (Managed to get 2 of the above projects in Qatar & Yanbu-Saudi)
