Assigned in preliminary estimate project cost of a residential or commercial building
•Visits project sites and ascertain adequacy of materials at site to maintain uninterrupted flow of the project.
•Prepares progress report in every project construction
•Supervises and maintain standard quality.
•Supervise quality and material testing
•Supervise projects at site.
•Ensures that quality standards are adhered to specifications and building codes.
•Coordinates adjustments in contract agreement with clients.
•Supervises progress billing .
•Ensures that the project is on time and on budget
•Work with the Planning and Project Controls team to develop and maintain integrated baseline program schedules.
•Liaise with project managers and other departments for progress data and reporting.
•Prepares Notice of Delay and substantiation reports for Claims of Extension of Time.
•Provide technical advice regarding construction, and structural repairs.
•Provide technical advice on cost control, planning, PERT-CPM scheduling, and safety measures and procedures;
•Guides team from interpretation of plans to materials take-off and costing, procurement, manpower scheduling and project construction
