As Project Controls Cost Analyst/ Estimator at GVU Building specific duties and job responsibilities include:

Estimating for tenders:

– Prepare estimate and budget analysis (including indirect cost and overhead cost) for general contracting of future investments (i.e. office building, residential building, commercial complex, road rehabilitation);

– Analysis of the offers from various specialized subcontractors for including their offers in the final tender

– Prepare the project schedule and estimated cash-flow for the tenders;

As Project Controls Cost Analyst at Plaza Centers for Dambovita Center Project specific duties and job responsibilities include:

– Setup and implement the Change Management Procedure to control all the project deviations;

– Setup Cost Models of executed project by Plaza Centers;

Project Management activities I took part: Bid evaluations, Kick of Meeting Report, Work Breakdown Structure-WBS, Cost Breakdown Structure-CBS, Project planning and scheduling, Earned Value Management indicators, Resource Cash-flow planning, SWOT Analyses, Stakeholders Analyses and Stakeholder Management;

– Participating at meetings and giving the technical information necessary for Bid Request, Offer or Contract;
