    Professional Synopsis

I am a Civil Engineer with a Post Graduation in Construction Technology & management from IIT Delhi. Since last six years, I am working with Larsen & Toubro Limited Construction Division in various positions and cuurently I am working as Manager (Planning).



•     Core strengths in project planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Execution of construction projects without incidences time/cost overruns.

•     Key competencies in present construction methodologies and in managing materials & manpower resources to register maximum productive output.

Over 8 years of working experience in EPCC Projects as Planning Civil/Architectural Engineer. During this period, I was involved in the tendering, planning, scheduling, and project management processes of various construction projects. Preparation of Planning Packages; selected appropriate techniques and sequence of works for plans; and developed and updated tender, baseline and as-built schedules. Also monitored resources and budgets, compiled cash flow forecasts and cost control reports, devised mitigation plans, and evaluated contracts for the preparation of claims documents.
