Planning & Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

The company was industrial dies manufacture and the order was manufacturing tools and dies for automotive parts
Responsibilities:
- Planning of automotive tools and dies project
- Member of quality assurance (QA) team
Current Role
Responsible for material of 4 departments at the plant. Also resposible for the workplanning for all of the 4 departments. Participated in several projects. Projects was for example: Installing new machines in the plant (CNC), Help other material planners when subsuppliers had problems delivering on time.
Material planning for 3 different departments. I also participated in alot of projects regarding Scanias leave from Falun to Södertälje. I was responsible for all projects regarding material and movement of machine groups to another company.
During this time i was also contact to suppliers of Scania and held the contact between the new buyer and Scania until the move was complete and fully working with the new buyer.
Logistics planner: improvement project & de-bottlenecking of new plant in Poland, Ruesselsheim
Current Role
- Monitoring and reporting of Vehicles for auctioning.
- Design of Database Program from Delivery to Warehouse up to transfers to new Owners.
- Provides documents and tagging of all vehicles on stock.
