Managing development and refurbishment projects within the aerospace and industrial sector, preparing budgets, monitoring actual spend and reporting progress. Chairing project meetings and providing technical assistance to the design team.
I am currently working as Project Controls Manager at Heathrow in the Airports Division for one of the largest UK construction, infrastructure and design businesses. Where I have recently delivered two projects matching the “Perfect Delivery” criteria and am now managing a portfolio of nine live terminal refurbishment projects.

My position has covered a wide range of areas from producing a Detailed Programme covering Design, Procurement, Manufacture and Assembly for all works disciplines. Also update the programme, attend all the technical, co-ordination and progress update meetings.
I developed programme in close contact with the engineers and project managers. In addition I work with the projects controls team and extract cost information from the programme for EV and other analysis.

Planning manager at Heathrow Airport for extension to the baggage hall. I was responsible for planning and co-ordinating the building works with the M&E installation and the Baggage Installation.
