Manager for Inertial Navigation Systems and GenRad Automatic Logic Test Systems.

Researched, designed and developed a modification to the P3 Orion Automatic Flight Control System to eliminate the aircraft from ‘porpoising’ during flight.  This modification had world wide P3 fleet implications.

Developed a Defence trial modification for the installation of GPS Navigation into the P3 Orion aircraft.

Engineering Cost Account Management

Designed the AP-3C operational mission simulator facility and managed the OMS project systems engineering team. Primarily responsible for all electronic warfare systems, retained aircraft systems and the development of the OMS communications sub-system. Prepared systems engineering deliverable's and design development specifications.

·         Program Management of the Implementation of Oracle ERP R12 e-Business Suite, 39M capital investment project (15 months duration) over 14 sites.

·         Managed the transformation change program impacts of business processes, staff and customers across the enterprise of 2100 people using Kotter's change management principles.

·         Directed 140+ program staff (Boeing, Oracle and sub-contractors) primarily located in Australia and India.

• Corporate governance oversight and compliance of Boeing PMO activities by monitoring projects (up to 550M) and conducting independent health checks.
• Continually improved Boeing Australia’s Program Management capability by developing and maintaining best practice processes (US Boeing and PMBoK based) and tools, sharing knowledge, lessons learned and coordinating the career development of 130 program management personnel.
• Responsible for 130 program / project managers and project controllers from a Functional Management PMO (people, process, tools) responsibility.
