How to generate S-curve for physical progress where work consist of different units

Dear Sir/Mam

Am working in a sewerage project, I want to generate a S-curve for physical Progress

Problem I am facing for S-curve:

We have different unit of work, like Sewer line, pipe laying and house sewer connection in meter, manhole chambers, and inspection chambers and pump stations in numbers. And WBS of my construction schedule is based on the areas (divide based on different areas of the city)

By using MS project or Oracle Primavera is it possible to generate a physical progress curve which represents the entire project. If yes kindly help.

Is Your PMO Going Digital?

Cloud computing, mobile devices, big data: there are lots of technology concepts in the news right now and it’s interesting to see how they are affecting project and program management. A recent article in PM Network by Abid Mustafa brought the idea of a digital Project Management Office to our attention.  http://ow.ly/AmjBO

Project Management Quality - Quality Assurance Programs.

I just finished a Red Vector course on QA/QC.  Does anyone follow/utilize Quality Assurance Programs?  Has anyone seen/use any QA/QC checklists, guides, procedures to ensure 'conformance to requirements' as relates to Project Management?  My industry is Oil and Gas, primarily downstream.  Anything you can share or links that you can point me to?  Thanks.
