Please advise about your comments for the below mentioned secnario
Example as per Tender Drawings the Qty of foundation Concrete is 100 cum , while in the BOQ by Mistake its mentioned as 50 cum.
Now there has been changes and qty as per new drawings is 120 cum ,
Please advise what would be the qty considered for variation
Option #1 - Using BOQ Qty = 120-50 = 70 Cum
Option # 2 - Unsing Qty as per Tender = 120-100 = 20 cum

is it cosendering official when we (Consultant) are sending an email (for instructions to contractor ) from official mail to official mail, and they did not responding on the mail. what should be the value of the mail in future send by consultant to contractor if the contractor did not reply on that.

I am working for an engineering chemical company as PCM and have been evaluating for 2 years, several softwares, due to our growing on internationnal project.
I intend to present to my management the shortlist. In order to securise my recomandation, I would be interested to performe a short benchmark on what kind of software are using major engineering/chemical company involved on chemical - oil and gaz projects, as Technip, Dupont, Solvay, Total....
