Hi all! Just recevied a sub-con. Asta programme and on the programme they have shown thick horizontal black line to each section. Can't remember how to switch the line off. Any Asta expert here can help? Please see attached print screen of the programme.
I have a programme that I have baselined and progress reschedule on a weekly basis in Powerproject.
My client has requested to see a jagged line down the original baseline.
How do you display a progressed baseline only?
Can anyone assist me in displaying baseline start and finish date columns in Powerproject?
Does anyone know how to display week numbers for the duration of a project along the timescale in Powerproject?
The drop down menu does not give it as an option?

I am cost loading my programme,we use sub contractors for majority of our packages.there is a lumpsum amount for the subcontract packages. do i assign it propotionally to all the activities ?or is there another way to costing .
can anyone give me guidance as i have never cost loaded my programmes before.where can i get more information on cost loading programmes.

Hi All,
I am trying to set up a tabular report in excel so that others who cannot use Asta can view resource levels. I have used MS Project, and would very much like a table similar to that of either the Resource Sheet or Resource Usage views that are available as default in MS Project.
I need the resource name to be listed down the left column, with its daily/weekly/monthly or total assignment in a column to its right.

anyone has an example of asta powerproject programme regarding the cost and resources please? i need some ideas to get started.
