Responsibilities include preparation/updating of the Master Programme in close coordination with the various consultants appointed by Client. Establishing the detailed contractual milestones for different contractors at pre-award stage, approve the contractor’s programme of works for different work packages. Reviewing the progress by attending the consultant/contractor weekly progress meetings, Generate project progress reports for clients i.e. progress status and financial status of the project, Review and recommend the contractors Extension of Time claims.
