The Cargo Transportation Route (CaTRo) constitutes part of infrastructure scope associated with the Future Growth Project (FGP). CaTRo enables delivery of modules and general cargo to the FGP construction site in Tengiz. The scope includes dredging of the marine channel (ca 71 Km long), construction of Cargo Offloading Facility including turning basin, two moorages and six berth.

To develop and implement fully integrated schedule of cross-functional interfaces between engineering, procurement materials & sub-contracts, estimating, cost management, construction & commissioning, safety, quality, finance/accounting, and document control;

To provide oversight to contractors to ensure they provide schedules for the project and monitor schedule progress against the baseline;

To ensure schedule is aligned with scope, BOD, WBS, CBS and contracting strategy;

To validate schedule estimates with benchmark data; develop Basis of Schedule;

Sulfur Expansion Project – Planning Analyst

Main Accountabilities:

•Develop and maintain the project schedule/plan.

•Make databases in Access and spreadsheets in Excel. Update these regularly to assist with planning project work and in tracking earned progress against plan. (Man-hours/manpower database was created )

•Weekly recording of productivity / performance of construction contractors based on achieved hours versus expended hours.

•Help plan the works of contractors responsible for project tasks.

Roles / Responsibilities / Achievements:

• Developed an integrated (Engineering, Code Compliance/ Permitting, Procurement and Construction) Level 4 Primavera Schedule with milestone dates, precedents and durations established through workshops and meetings with Project Management team including Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Procurement manager, Laboratory consultant and design discipline leads.
