PROJECT: SGR- Seasonal Gap Reduction project is to reduce the Crude Oil production Gap between Winter & Summer, by providing appropriate Cooling system.

MY WORK: Involved working with the Client, Lead a team of Planners for the FEED & Construction.

Major Duties & Responsibilities: [using Primavera ver. 8.3.1]

Establish the Phese 2 schedule and maintain progress. Establish the schedule for full project execution at Level 2 and the detailed Phase 2 / Phase 3 ‘Gate’ schedule, to allow funding to be established for Phase 3 of the Project. Was promoted to Project Controls Supervisor and was respsponsible for recruiting my back-to-back replacement, 2 Cost Control Supervisors and for establishing an integrated Cost / Scheduling and Estimating Work/Cost Breakdown structure to take the Project through full execution.
