  • Preparing Project Schedule Plan.
  • Updating progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work;
  • Preparing daily report, monthly working schedule such as bar charts and procedures diagram.
  • Analyze the project status throughout the process and making adjustments if necessary. 
  • Coordinating to site construction manager, site supervisors which item in critical path or already delayed base schedule plan should be prioritized.
  • Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.
