Responsible for managing the project/s Project Control department on a day to day basis. Development of timescales and associated deliverables as well as effectively managing a team of Planners/Costing engineers, technical assistants. Responsible for compilation of  Weekly and  Monthly reports on progress, cost and highlights, achievements, concerns, mitigations, Look ahead also producing Top project one pager reports for clients/Owners/Shareholders. Manage overall Costs and direct involvement in developing Level 1 to 6 Cost Breakdown structures.
