Construction Planning/Engineering:
Started life in an engineering design office as an electrical drafty before transitioning across to include instrumentation on oil and gas projects. Following the dream to work overseas, spent many years travelling and working, whilst climbing the engineering ladder to Project Engineer and Installations Manager - the formal planning seeds are sown.

Was originally a structural & mechanical supervisor on this project, i started helping the planning department and was given the opportunity to become a planner. Started as a Junior planner.

Held many positions in Project controls from Planner through to Principal program planner & Project Planner.
Other positions include regional Project Controls manager for Fluor, cost controller, Construction manager, contracts Superintendent, Site Administrator etc.
Have had experience in a number of areas with significant experience in Mining & metals & Power station projects. Other areas include High rise buildings, Hospitals, gold mines iron ore mines, pocket blast furnance (direct reduction smelting) and remote area project setup and development.
