Directly responsible for 7 Project Planners and a Planning Assistant to ensure that they produce early plans and identify various key information to monitor the development and delivery of the project; including resource loading of plans and employing normal schedule information and working towards an ability to successfully run EVA and critical path analysis.

Lead Planner for Crewe to Glasgow Project Group with two direct reports.  Responsible for overseeing the preparation of Level 3 Critical Path Networks and Bar Charts integrating separate multi-disciplinary railway design and construction programmes, preparation of Earned Value analysis and updating of Network Rail reporting systems (PMCS and PCS).

Work/Skills:

Season railways and construction professional with extensive commercial, project management and project controls experience specialising in prject planning on major railway infrastructure contracts.

Strong commercial background with significant experience and involvement in claims preparation and dispute resolution.

All railway disciplines including Signalling, P Way, Civil Engineering
