1. Support the day to day maintenance and continual improvement of the existing Capital Delivery Risk Management and Compliance Management processes, and the associated reporting requirements.

Design, development and production of a system to baseline maintenance activities covering the work associated with 1600 people undertaking electricity transmission maintenance activities.
Senior Project Controls Engineer with over 10 years experience in a Project management environment spread over both Project Delivery and Controls. I am originally from Nottingham, studied at LoughboroughUniversity successfully completing a year at Xerox working in the Bids and Tenders team. Hobbies include football and running.
I am qualified in business management, lean management and project management. Further to this i have completed training on Oracle Business Intelligence reporting, Primavera, Report writing, Leadership and coaching training.
Role as a Performance Excellence / lean practitioner working on a change management programme in deploying a lean, performance focussed culture to teams within the Project Controls department.
