·         Assured Contractor’s programme after contract awarded based on planning principles, Transmission Procedure 193, mandatory milestones, outages, links, budgeted cost and WBS mapping.

·         Ensured Contractor’s programmes are fit for NEC3 type of contract – Option A –E.

Senior Planning Consultant of the central PMO team. Validation of the sub-contractor monthly update (schedule, cost, resource, key milestone) to enable a timely update in the central PMO database. Primavera Technical Lead for the team, liaise with management stakeholders and also with contractors to ensure completion of monthly updates and any other ad hoc issues / requests.

Spent most of my working life in the UK on various compressor stations, AGI's and pipelines for National Grid's Pipeline Maintenance Centre in Derbyshire.

Developed a keen interest for pipe fitting in my early days at National Grid, learning from some of the most experienced people in the industry.
