Greetings Planning Planet & fellow colleagues ! I am Jacob an off-based expatriate endowed in planning, and experienced in the fields of Project Control. I am technically enclined with the Commercial aspects of the Projects I had handle for different construction industries, from multiple regions in Asia and once in Europe. Ration from the Principals, General Contracting and EPCM, Specialized Field of services, and from the Consultants, my Planning skills had continually conveyed my career.
Manages & decide all commercial aspect of the Project. Organizes project commercial targets, intended and not limited to; Contracts administration, engineering, quantity surveying and procurement. Responsible for the initial deliverables based on construction schedule, internal & external reporting cycles, Interim payments and forecast, and accounting commitments in lieu of the project’s feasibility
