Multi Million pound Infrastructure portfolio, cradle to grave planning reporting risk analysis resource management EVM, NEC contracts

As Planning Manager at Morgan Sindall (Welwyn garden City and London offices) I was responsible for:

• Producing tender programmes (and associated tender documents e.g. logistics plans, method statements, scaffold schedules etc),
• Producing contract programmes,
• Producing construction programmes,
• Providing independent progress reviews and advice,
• Producing detailed programmes, short term programmes and recovery programmes etc.

To implement, manage and monitor the planning of project activities across the Utility Services portfolio of projects. Resource monitoring and reporting.

Experience of Planning on Water Projects, Rail, General Civils, Tunnelling, and Tender Planning.

Torbay WWTW

T5 HexEx & PiccEx Tunning works

Kings Cross Underground Station Redevelopment

Thames Water Ring Main Extesion

Generally i have been a project planner, but recently i have become involved in planning for Compensation Events.
