All pre and post tender roles that includes subcontract procurement, BoQs and activity schedules, tender documents; Tender comparisons, evaluations, tender clarification interviews, placing of orders and order amendments. Assess monthly payment applications, issue payment notices, payment certificates ensuring that subcontractor payments are dealt fairly and in accordance with the contract; Visit regularly to operational site to review the performance of the project, work packages.
